ALERT: Maintaining Rosters Online

Alternate procedures in place

Team Reps have reported that attempts to update rosters online have been unsuccessful. In most cases, the error occurs after logging-in, clicking the link for View/Edit Team Info, and then clicking the link to "Maintain Team." At this point, instead of displaying the roster maintenance page, an Internal Server Error page displays, or a page simply saying "Goodbye!"

While we work with our 3rd party IT support company to fix the problem, we ask team reps with rosters registered for Cleveland, Baltimore and Championships to do the following:

Send an email to registrar@nagva.org with the following:

  • Subject line: put [Team City], [Name], [Division], [Team ID] Roster for [Tournament City]

  • example: Azuza All-Stars (BB) CHM102 Roster for Championships

  • Body of message: List team members and NAGVA ID# in a numbered list, with Team Rep listed first.

  • example:
    1. Tommy Team Rep (154310)
    2. Billy Blocker (150214)
    3. Oren Outside (153712)
    4. Lisa Libero (150964)
    5. Bobby Blocker (152115)
    6. Oliver Outside (156236)
    7. Steve Sub (154125)

Please note, this problem has not affected the process by which team reps register a team to compete in a tournament.
