Proposals for Consideration

Team Reps should download and review the 2008 Proposals to Amend the By Laws and Rules & Regulations. Members will be able to discuss the proposed changes during the Annual Membership Meeting (Friday afternoon of Championships). Durring the meeting, Team Reps will vote upon the proposals.

Board Member Elections

Team Reps will also vote for candidates running to serve 2 year terms as Executive Board Members (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary). As no one expressed their intention to run for Treasurer, qualified nominations will be accepted from the floor during the elections. Candidates were required to submit letters of intent for their candidacy; those that were received before the deadline are available as links below:
