As defined in our Rules & Regulations (2.01 Appeal of Player Rating), players may appeal rating decisions.

Complete this form and click submit. The Director of Eligibility will determine if the appeal is based on valid criteria:

  • if the rating was completed using required documentation
  • if the player was eligible to be re-rated at the time the form was submited
    (see Rules and Regulations 2.03)
Final determination of the appeal will be communicated via email. All appeal determinations are final.
