Entering your Team in a Sanctioned Tournament

How:

  1. Log in with your individual NAGVA ID and password
  2. Verify the email address shown upon log in is current and valid
  3. Click the "View/Modify Team" link.
  4. Click the "Tournament Registration" link
  5. Use the drop-down menu to select tournament
  6. Enter your NAGVA Team ID (see confirmation email from Online Registration)
  7. Select division in which to compete
  8. Click button labeled "Verify Team ID"
  9. If the system is unable to verify your team id, send an email to the NAGVA Registrar.

Team Reps (new and returning) may log in using their individual NAGVA ID and password, register the team name with NAGVA for the current season, and then also register for any of the remaining sanctioned tournaments.

Team entries into any given tournament have always been based on when payment is received, i.e. first paid, first in; not in order of time at which a team submits their roster online. Each tournament handles entre fee transactions independently - check the "More" links from the Tournament Calendar page for specific details.
