FRIDAY, MAY 23, 2025
7:00 am: Portalnd Expo Center Opens (Halls DE)
7:15 am: Registration Opens (Command Center – Location TBD)
7:40 am: Captains’ Meeting for AM Pools TBD (Command Center – Location TBD)
8:00 am: AM Pool Play Begins (Halls DE)
12:10 pm: Captains’ Meeting for PM Pools (Command Center – Location TBD)
12:30 pm: PM Pool Play Begins (Halls DE)
8:00 pm: NAGVA Party at TBD
SATURDAY, MAY 24, 2025
7:00 am: Portalnd Expo Center Opens (Halls DE)
7:15 am: Registration Opens for All Divisions (Command Center – Location TBD)
7:40 am: Captain’s Meeting for Pool Play for All Divisions (Command Center – Location TBD)
8:00 am: Pool Play Begins for All Divisions (Halls DE)
*Once pool play finishes, we will be posting results for all divisions, which need to be verified before leaving the facility.
*Once all divisions are verified, bracket play will commence for B and BB Divisions. Please DO NOT LEAVE the facility.
4:45 pm (Appx.): Captain’s Meeting for Bracket Play for B and BB Divisions (Command Center – Location TBD)
SUNDAY, MAY 25, 2025
7:00 am: Portalnd Expo Center Opens (Halls DE)
8:00 am: Bracket Play Continues for All Divisions (Halls DE)
10:30 am: Beer Garden Check-In Begins with Valid Government ID (Location TBD)
*Players may only collect wristbands once their team has been eliminated. Players are NOT allowed to drink while playing or officiating. Anyone caught breaking this rule may face immediate consequences.
11:00 am: Beer Garden Opens (Location TBD)
7:00 pm: Banquet Registration Begins at Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront (Location TBD)
8:00 pm: Doors Open for Banquet at Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront (Location TBD)
9:00 pm: Awards Ceremony at Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront (Location TBD)
10:30 pm: Official NAGVA Championships Closing Part at TBD
