Stop and think before you register as a new player! Are you really new? If you have a NAGVA profile/ID, but you're having trouble signing-in to the website, there are tools available to help you (and people!). Do not create a new ID if your intention is to simply renew! The problem may be that we have an old email address linked to your NAGVA ID. If you think that might be the case, use the online form to notify us rather than creating a new ID. Thanks!
