The city of Seattle is very busy during our tournament, and the host hotel is currently selling its remaining inventory at a rate of $339+ per night. Graciously, they have agreed to allow us an additional allotment of deluxe rooms at a discounted rate of $209/night. This is still very competitive compared to other local offerings.

By TOMORROW afternoon (4/16/15), these additional rooms, which are based upon availability, can be secured via our standard booking link (listed on the Championships’ page of NAGVA.org).

If you are interested in booking, please do so ASAP. Once you have booked at this rate, please e-mail me your name and confirmation number to crumby@nagva.org. If we can secure more rooms at the originally discounted rate, we will assist with the name change based on a first come / first booked basis.

Additionally, if you or your team has a current reservation at the $139 rate and you do not need it, please do not cancel with the hotel. Instead, please e-mail me at crumby@nagva.org. Please include the name on your reservation and confirmation number. We will work to make name changes on these reservations, so we can try to assist those individuals who book at $209.
